2024 Pool Closing Service
Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with your pool! Please note the following information to make your pool closing experience an excellent one.

What we will do.
- We will lower the water level.
- We will blow out the pool lines and add antifreeze through the lines.
- We will remove any ladder, returns fittings (jets) & skimmer basket.
- We will winterize the pump, filter, heater, chemical feeder (if one) and pool lights (if removable).
- Proper water balance is required prior to our arrival. We will test the water and add necessary chemicals (if required) for an additional cost. Recommended water balance may not be achieved with a late application.
- If you have a Maytronics Dolphin M400 or M200 we will remove the vacuum from the water, clean the filters and roll up the cables so it can be stored for the winter.
- We will install the winter cover (require cover to be by the pool prior to crew arrival).
Additional costs for pool winter closing may apply for the following services:

Tarp winter cover with water bags$50.00 plus tax

More than one pump (ie: dedicated second pump for water feature)$50.00 plus tax

Inground Spa requiring closing in addition to the pool$150.00 plus tax

Acid clean Salt Cell$25.00 plus tax

Rinse cartridge filter, leave filter cleaner product to be added once filters dry$50.00 plus tax

New Plugs for Return Lines (jets), if required$7.00 ea. plus tax

Blow out pool solar heating system$25.00 plus tax

Add ShockN/C

Add Baking Soda$12.00 per bag plus tax
Your to-do checklist:
- Have your pool clear of debris & toys prior to our arrival.
- Vacuum & clean your pool before the pool closing date.
- Pump down your sump well 24hrs before the scheduled pool closing date (if your pool includes a sump well).
- Have your pool water tested a week before the closing date and make sure the water is balanced prior to our arrival.
- Drop-in steps must be removed prior to our arrival.
- The backyard must be accessible for the scheduled closing date.
- Winter cover, winter plugs, and pool equipment area must be easily accessible.
PLEASE NOTE the following:
- Salt cells will be winterized and left connected. If you prefer to store your salt cell elsewhere, you can let the technicians know when they are there or remove it after the technicians leave.
- Vacuuming the pool is not included.
- We do not repair damaged or faulty solar heating systems.
- Additional travel expenses may be applied for clients outside of the GHA.
