Annual Pool Service Program
We are pleased to offer our annual pool service program to clients in the GHA.
With two options to choose from, we are confident that our maintenance service will allow you to spend more time enjoying your pool this summer. To reserve our services for the season*, please choose the package below that best suits your needs and contact us here.

Option 1
Weekly Pool Water & Equipment Management
- Open / close pool.
- Visit your pool once a week.
- Check all baskets and clean of debris.
- Supply and administer all pool chemicals as needed to balance your pool water.
- Provide a bucket of shock for you to add after a heavy bather load (pool party or family get-together).
Option 2
Bi-weekly Pool Water & Equipment Assistance
- Open / close pool.
- Visit your pool once every 2 weeks.
- Check all baskets and clean of debris.
- Supply all pool chemicals as needed.
- We administer chemicals as needed every other week. You maintain the balance in between.
- Provide a bucket of shock for you to add after a heavy bather load (pool party or family get-together).

Service Notes:
- If you own a Maytronics Dolphin M400 or S200 cleaner, we will clean the filters while at your home.
- We will check all equipment to make sure it is working properly. If any issues are discovered, we will advise you as to what repairs may be required.
- If you have a cartridge filter, it is recommended the filters be cleaned once every 3 months. We can provide this additional service, and we will check with you mid season if you want this completed.
- Service does not include pool vacuuming.
- *Season is defined as May - September (inclusive).
- Additional water maintenance visits, either off-season or in between regularly scheduled maintenance, may be provided for a fee of $65.00 plus tax per visit.
- Travel premium may be applied for clients outside of the GHA.
How to prepare your pool for service:
- Ensure all pool items needed are available and the area around the equipment is clear.
- Check the skimmer and the pump basket for debris daily.
- Check equipment daily to ensure it is running properly.
- Vacuum pool floor / walls. This can be done manually or with an automated vacuum. Contact us if you would like to purchase an automated pool vacuum.
- Bi-weekly clients to check and administer pool chemicals the week between our visits to keep the pool water balanced.
- Add the pool shock we have provided after every heavy bather load. We can advise how much to add based on your pool size.
- Make sure we have access to your pool during the season.
